A Ghosthunters Life – Week 6

 

WEEK 6

GHOSTHUNTER LEVEL - 9

DAY 1 – MONDAY

After an early night Pyotr found himself with plenty of free time before work.  He spent some time chatting to Jasmine.

He then headed off to the local bookstore for some recipe books.

Pyotr decided to go and read at the park.  First finishing Ratatouille

And then Fish & Chips.

After that spent some time with the locals

And after drinking way too much coffee, it was time to head off to work.

JOB 1 – SPIRIT INVASION

OBJECTIVE – BANISH 5 SPIRITS

SPIRIT 1 – FRIENDLY, YOUNG, $37

SPIRIT 2 – LOST, YOUNG, $100

SPIRIT 3 – LOST, YOUNG, $100

SPIRIT 4 – KIND, YOUNG, $25

SPIRIT 5 – KIND, YOUNG, $25

And with job number 1 came… PROMOTION!!

Pyotr has finally made it to Ghosthunter Level 10 – Paranormal Expert and completed his lifetime wish.

He now earns $2,976/week and gets a nifty spirit positioning device to help locate spirits around the town.

Pyotr: Oh yeah, my new house is nearly in reach!

Strange Army Lady: Whoop! Yeah! You go ghost guy!

Pyotr: Urm, think I best be heading off to my next job.

JOB 2 – GHOSTLY PRESENCE

OBJECTIVE – FIND AND EVICT 3 GHOSTS

Dog: Woof *Over here mate* Woof!

Pyotr: What is up with that dog, he’s making such a racket!

Pyotr: Right, just scan the area..

Dog: *Stupid idiot. Told him exactly where they are, and did he listen?  Humans! They are all the same!*

Luckily with the house being so small it was easy to find the ghosts.

With Pyotr feeling tired and hungry from his coffee comedown he went straight for the banshee.  Then he headed off home.

DAY 2 - TUESDAY

Pyotr:  What a night, I’m exhausted!

I told you not to drink all that coffee

Pyotr: mumble mumble, know it all, mumble mumble

Pyotr had gained 30,000 lifetime happiness for completing his lifetime wish so let’s take a look at what we can get to help him reach that new home goal.  Ooohhh, inheritance that looks good!

Pyotr:  an inheritance!  Yay I can retire!

Ah.

Pyotr: What have you done?

Ok, not my fault.  I thought you would get more.

Pyotr: How much?

Urm, $34,174.

Pyotr: So no retiring then.

Not just yet, no.

Pyotr got an opportunity to deliver 5 spirits to the local school so they could make a great haunted house and so Pyotr could earn a few extra simolians.

With the spirit positioning device activated Pyotr was able to capture a spirit after his visit to the school before heading off to work.

JOB 1 – POLTERGEIST HAUNTING

OBJECTIVE – EXORCISE 4 SPIRITS

SPIRIT 1 – FRIENDLY, YOUNG, $37

SPIRIT 2 – KIND, ANCIENT, $75

SPIRIT 3 – KIND, YOUNG, $25

SPIRIT 4 – LOST, ANCIENT, $300

Unfortunately the household’s cat died while Pyotr was there; let’s hope they don’t think he did it :o!

Pyotr won the Ghosthunters Paranormal Medal for collecting 75 spirits so headed off to City Hall to collect.

And here it is!

JOB 2 – GHOSTLY PRESENCE

OBJECTIVE – FIND AND EVICT 2 GHOSTS

DAY 3 – WEDNESDAY

It was hours before Pyotr found the ghosts.

With his trusty banshee Pyotr despatched the ghosts and headed home.

After a nice long rest Pyotr phoned Jasmine and invited her over to join him for a birthday lunch.

Pyotr tried out his new Ratatouille recipe which turned out perfectly

And then spent the afternoon playing chess

All too soon it was time for Pyotr to head to work and Jasmine to head home.

JOB 1 – POLTERGEIST HAUNTING

OBJECTIVE – EXORCISE 5 SPIRITS

SPIRIT 1 – FRIENDLY, YOUNG, $37

SPIRIT 2 – KIND, OLD, $50

BIRTHDAY TIME!

Pyotr: Smokin!

Ok, ok.  You look smashing *cough, makeover, cough* now back to work!

SPIRIT 3 – FRIGHTENED, YOUNG, $50

SPIRIT 4 – KIND, YOUNG, $25

SPIRIT 5 – FRIENDLY, YOUNG, $37

DAY 4 - THURSDAY

After a quick change of hairstyle Pyotr found and extra spirit lurking in the front garden.

On his way home he stopped off at the Science Facility to donate his captured spirits to science and up the new house fund a little more.

Food…

Fun…

Bed.

He managed to catch the latest Simfest before work.

JOB 1 – ANGRY GHOST INVASION

OBJECTIVE – EVICT 2 GHOSTS

With only the 1 job available Pyotr took his time with the ghosts

He tried to get them to cross over nicely

But in the end, the banshee had to come out.

DAY 5 – FRIDAY

Pyotr headed home with the light of dawn fast approaching.  He spent some time relaxing with a nice game of chess before heading to bed.

Once up and fed Pyotr headed out for some company and spirit searching.

He managed to find 2 spirits at Redwood Heights

Then set about trying to impress local celebrity Ella Carlisle.

As he headed off to work he got a call from Jasmine.

Pyotr: Have you tried turning it off and on again?

After helping Jasmine with her computer issues he finally headed to work.

Pyotr:  Lovely girl but really has no clue!

And I thought he liked her!

JOB 1 – GHOSTLY PRESENCE

FIND AND EVICT 1 GHOST

Pyotr spent some time looking for the ghost.

And went straight for the banshee

DAY 6 – SATURDAY

JOB 2 – GHOSTLY PRESENCE

OBJECTIVE – FIND AND EVICT 1 GHOST

Again Pyotr spent hours looking for the ghost

Well past his finish time Pyotr was getting hungry and very grumpy!

When the ghost arrived she was swiftly disposed of and Pyotr headed home.

Saturday was a big day for Pyotr as he was due to receive an award from the Mayor.

After sleeping late he threw together a sandwich before setting off to City Hall.

Pyotr arrived to find the Mayor waiting for him and graciously received the Ghost Hunters Key to Hidden Springs.

But it was not quite the celebration that he had hoped for as not even his best friend Jasmine had come to the ceremony.  He had never seen the street so deserted. 

Feeling upset and quite alone, Pyotr spent the rest of the afternoon collecting spirits around town.

He ended up at a house with puppies for sale.

Pyotr: Nawww!

DAY 7 – SUNDAY

Pyotr succumbed to the cute balls of puppy fluff!

Meet Snowball!

Pyotr made a nice fresh Key Lime Pie

And gave Snowball his kibble before heading to bed.

Once rested, Pyotr spent the afternoon with Snowball at the park.

They played for hours until Pyotr got a call from Jasmine asking Pyotr to meet her.  She didn’t even apologise for missing the ceremony.

Pyotr was still upset with her and wanted to find out just why she had treated him that way.  So forgetting poor little Snowball in his temper Pyotr headed off to meet Jasmine. 

Being too small to find his way home Snowball walked to a nearby house.  Exhausted he curled up and slept, hoping that his new master would soon return and take him home.
